Diagnostics is our life. How we use our profiles?

Thanks to CA Method we hired Žanet as a graduate. And it paid off!

Two years ago it was mostly fresh graduates and young women who applied for an executive personal assistant position. Their work attitudes generally matched the common attitudes of the contemporary young generation. In short, we are talking about high ambition and low work vitality. Does the young generation really want to gain a lot with only a little effort? We found somebody who despite quite a different specialization and no working experience wanted to work. We found Žanet.

Thanks to her great ability of understanding information she got oriented very quickly. We provided her with new information the way she required, that means systematically while allowing her to use the knowledge gained and activities learned repeatedly. As a true researcher, she often comes to us with new impulses and ideas which she can actively manage and which she can do properly right to the end. In time she became a true advocate of our company rules who constantly urges us to meet the deadlines and finish the tasks. As a true team uniter, she is driven by her high inner need of cooperation, participation, leadership and her ability of enforcement.

Her stability became cornerstone not only of her personality but also of our company (as you can see, she manages to stand even on just one foot :)). She sticks to her opinions and she cannot be easily influenced by the others. On the other hand, with employees with such high stability it is necessary to be cautious in cases when the need of systematic changes arises and when acceptance of a new strategy is needed. The change will take its time and sometimes it is possible it will not work at all in the end.


For employees as these their role must fit exactly. Just as Žanet does!
