Life experience, tolerant perspective and beauty are the essence of the words helping Bohdanka to move forward. And that’s what Bohdanka is as well. Maybe she is all of that on account of her insight into hundreds and thousands of souls who she untiringly tries to help and self-discover. Or maybe she like that thanks to her world perspective while climbing the rocky mountains. At least an inner peace is what person sitting in a climbing harness eventually gets to. Well, and indeed beautiful muscles, too :)
Over more than 8 years Bohdanka consults personal profiles of both children and adults in our company, and she initiates psychologists and recruiters into the mysteries of CA Method as well. She compiles lecture manuals and prepares e-learning courses. As a chief lecturer and consultant she has managed to look into a great number of human stories. She is a true carrier of the torch of Jiři Šimonek Sr.’s method, who says that “every brain and man could be unique.” Thanks to human diversity her work might be very diverse as well. But at the same time we all are a bit same. Everyday work might become a routine, which could rather than sparking one’s flame comes with a feeling that “one has already seen more or less everything.”
So, how to bring back the excitement which our lecturer now experiences rather in the harness than in the office? What pushes Bohdanka forward even after all those years at the same position? We don’t have to try general ways of motivation. Her sentence suggests a specific way to do it. And even more motivators could be found in her profile. Ideas of strong personalities from psychology, education or counselling fields could be a breath of fresh air for her. Inspiration can come in many forms as e.g. a new knowledge gained at an interesting seminar.
And the result? A true success would be seeing the sparkling eyes once again, the very eyes through which Bohdanka wants to see the reality.
