Research Institute for Child Psychology and Pathopsychology (VÚDPaP) is the only workplace in the Slovak Republic that is focused on the complex research of psychological aspects of child and youth development and on the research of conditions that influence this development.
Within National project: Comprehensive advisory system for preventing and influencing socio-pathological phenomena in the school environment we applied our tools. In the year 2014 we train 300 psychologists within advisory network of the Slovakia for using tool Psychological individual profile and tool Class in crisis.
The target group of the project is primary school pupils with special educational needs (special educational needs) - total 13,000 elementary school students
- students who have been diagnosed with special educational needs
- pupils who have special educational needs have not yet been diagnosed, but whose behavior according to expert opinion, a teacher requires special care system, educational counseling and prevention
- inclusion of pupils in a mainstream classes
- pupils of a special schools
